Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.What you'll do:Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.7+ years of related experience.Certification is required in some areas.What you'll bring:An expert in your field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.Our Principal Project/Program Mgmt earns between $130,700 - $196,100.
