Job Title: CleanerThe Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.Pay: $18.70The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderNo experience required and on the job training providedNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredPreferred Qualifications:Customer service experience1 year of similar work experienceResponsibilities:Clean and maintain buildings/facilitiesFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixturesNotify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authoritiesClean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipmentMove cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucksClean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesWash and replace blindsGather and empty trashSweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasksWipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areasService, clean, and supply restroomsA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
