The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong execution skills, and deep payments expertise to deliver impactful results.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute commercialization strategy for Mastercard Move solutions focused on Business and Government payment flowsLead go-to-market planning and execution, including value proposition development for use cases, identifying target segments and supporting Regional teams to define the GTM and growth strategyDrive revenue growth and adoption, through effective pipeline tracking, performance analysis, providing support to unblock / expedite sales opportunities and identifying growth opportunities in partnership with broader Mastercard teamsSales enablement support by equipping regional teams with the tools, training, RFP support and other sales materials needed to effectively position Mastercard Move solutions and accelerate adoption.Advisory support to Regions to ensure feasibility and viability of customer opportunities, support solutioning as required while having the ability to drive customer conversations as neededCollaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop compelling collaterals, deliver successful campaigns, streamline customer & market communications and develop thought leadership content that supports pipeline generation and customer engagement.Partner with Product, Network, and Regional teams to identify market needs, influence product/ network roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that address customer pain points.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine our product positioning, help inform product strategy as well as support sales teams with relevant insights including battlecards, competition benchmarking information etc. to secure dealsCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Risk to ensure adherence to the agreed Compliance framework for these flowsRequirements:Deep expertise in payments, with strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border money movement for businesses and governments.Proven experience in commercialization or go-to-market roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or B2B payment solutions.Customer centric approach with excellent storytelling abilities, capable of articulating value propositions and developing robust collaterals & training materialsStrategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to provide actionable insights to drive growthMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
