Our strong work culture drives high employee satisfaction, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact.Position OverviewThe Sr. Amazon & E-Commerce Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and brand presence across Amazon (1P and 3P) and other digital platforms. By optimizing product content, pricing, advertising, and partner relationships, this role ensures that weBoost achieves sustainable sales growth and maintains a strong digital footprint across all e-commerce channels.OutcomesAmazon Channel Management (1P & 3P)Own day-to-day operations of weBoost's Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) business.Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.Direct agency in monitoring Buy Box performance, pricing, and content to ensure competitiveness.Manage compliance with Amazon policies, chargebacks, and operational requirements.E-Commerce Growth & Digital FootprintEnsure brand consistency across all online listings and partner platforms.Monitor MAP compliance across all marketplaces, vendor ecommerce stores, and other platforms.Lead efforts to improve product visibility, content quality, and SEO across digital channels.Work with marketing to optimize digital shelf presence: content, images, A+ content, videos, and SEO.Work with Marketing and agencies to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI through digital advertising and promotional campaigns.Advertising & PromotionsOversee Amazon Advertising campaigns (sponsored products, brands, DSP) with ad agency.Partner with Marketing on promotional calendars, lightning deals, and online campaigns.Help analyze performance metrics and ROI to continuously optimize ad spend.Analytics & ReportingDeliver executive-level weekly/monthly reporting on sales, profitability, share of voice, and campaign performance.Provide actionable insights to leadership on trends, risks, competitive and opportunities.Monitor competitive landscape and marketplace activity to inform strategy.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute e-commerce initiatives.Coordinate inventory planning to meet demand and minimize out-of-stocks.Align digital content with product launches and brand campaigns.This Job May Be For You If You Have:E-Commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon 1P/3P and other e-commerce platforms.Digital Marketing Acumen: Skilled in Amazon Advertising, SEO, and online promotional strategies.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.Channel Strategy: Knowledge of marketplace dynamics, profitability levers, and growth strategies.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple digital initiatives across platforms.Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and reporting tools.Communication: Clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.A background check and drug screen is required upon accepting an offer of employment.
