Job DescriptionThe Mission Our mission is to boldly go where no CE learning management system provider has gone before by expanding the successes of our partners and enhancing the learning experience of our partners' learners.The Vision Our vision is to maintain and expand our status as the superior learning management system provider by including an e-commerce platform, a streaming media system, and success services, to empower our partners to achieve their business goals and personalize the experience of their learners.Responsibilities:Market Assessment: Identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers.Networking: Developing a wide network of contacts to stay informed about industry trends and market actions.Research and Analysis: Studying the business environment, competitors, and customers to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.Financial Feasibility: Directing financial feasibility studies, proposal development, and negotiations for new business opportunities.Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.Job Qualifications: Ability to network internally and externally to the benefit of the sales team. Ability to create and present new sales initiatives. Strong sales background with a drive to sell, build, and maintain relationships. Ability to coach and train on new strategies for effective sales and account management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage and reprioritize work in a changing environment. Ability to adapt to changing environment with a positive "can-do" attitude to work. Strong attention to detail. Good time management skills, using time effectively and efficiently and concentrating efforts on the more important priorities.
