As an Area Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and leading a diverse team
  • Daily engagement with staff and families
  • Ensuring quality early childhood programs align with our philosophy and guidelines
  • Managing day-to-day operations with a focus on business efficiency
  • Supporting staff professional development
  • Collaborating with various departments to drive overall success


Requirements:

  • Completion of required state and company background checks
  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience in childcare programs
  • Associate degree or valid CDA considered
