DESCRIPTION:

Discover exciting opportunities as a Data Quality Analyst with our team We are looking for individuals proficient in SQL, adept at reading, writing, and developing in multiple SQL languages, with a preference for at least 5 years of experience. Candidates should have a strong background in data management principles including data profiling, cleansing, and transformation, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts across different organizational levels. The role demands outstanding time management skills for handling project timelines and prioritizing tasks efficiently, alongside the initiative to work autonomously and provide clear status updates within a collaborative team environment. Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer is highly valued, and familiarity with tools like Informatica, PowerBI, or Tableau is advantageous in the absence of Collibra expertise. Preferred qualifications include a foundational understanding of enterprise data quality approaches, involvement in data quality improvement projects, and familiarity with Collibra Data Quality & Observability and Data Catalog/DIP. Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL – reading and writing/developing in multiple SQL languages; 5 years preferred.

• Experience utilizing Data Management principles including data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate and work with the business including subject matter experts at various levels within the organization.

• Excellent Time Management ability including managing project timelines and schedules and ability to prioritize work efforts.

• Must be a self-starter.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with individual work responsibilities and communicate with team members and provide status on work efforts.

• Data Analyst, Data Engineer experience.

• If no Collibra exp, good substitutes include Informatica, PowerBI, Tableau etc.


Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational understanding and experience in Enterprise data quality approaches and implementation.

• Experience conducting Data Quality improvement projects, preferably utilizing the Ten Steps to Quality Data.

• Experience with Collibra Data Quality & Observability and Data Catalog/DIP.

• Experience in an agile environment with daily standups, kanban/storyboard approach to work efforts.

• Information Governance/Data Management experience – mid-level experience.
