Job Summary:
System Analysis and Support:
Provide functional support and expertise for Oracle EBS modules in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze system requirements and design solutions.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes using Oracle EBS functionalities.
Develop and implement best practices for Oracle EBS application usage across the organization.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with business policies.
Configuration and Customization:
Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet specific business requirements.
Work with technical teams to design and implement customizations, enhancements, and extensions to Oracle EBS applications.
Maintain and update system documentation and user guides.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities and processes.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency.
Assist in the creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT activities.
Project Management:
Participate in Oracle EBS-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Oracle EBS in a functional role.
Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in the relevant functional areas.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications:
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle or other BI reporting tools is desirable.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, particularly in manufacturing, finance, and/or supply chain.
Experience with Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects is a plus.
Oracle E-Business Suite Certification in relevant modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain).
