Lead, Mentor, and Build – Senior Structural Engineer

Ready to take your engineering career to the next level? As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll be the guiding force behind a talented team of engineers, overseeing their day-to-day work and helping them grow both technically and professionally. You’ll lead exciting projects from start to finish, collaborating with multiple disciplines to ensure every detail is spot on. With a strong focus on client relationships, technical excellence, and project management, you’ll make a real impact while nurturing the next generation of engineers.

What You’ll Do:
– Supervise and mentor staff, fostering both their technical growth and career development.
– Lead structural projects of all sizes, from concept through construction.
– Collaborate with multiple teams across disciplines to deliver top-quality results.
– Interface with clients, ensuring project goals are met and exceeded.

What You’ll Need:
– A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (and a PE license).
– 10+ years of experience in the A/E/C environment.
– Proven project management experience and a knack for leading teams to success.
