What we’re looking for:

Social Media Skills:

  • From copywriting to meme creation… you’re comfortable doing it all
  • Be sharp and savvy with anything social media and have leveraged it in a previous role
  • Be comfortable with being on-camera
  • The expectation (once you're settled in) is to post approximately 5x per day

Design Skills:

  • Will ideally have photoshop and Illustrator experience, but at the minimum should have clean design taste

Should be highly motivated, take initiative, and able to get things done quickly and efficiently

Able to implement feedback immediately

Should get along with people, enjoy being social, has a good sense of humor, and can work in a fast paced environment

Light travel is involved (mostly short trips for trade shows)


What you’ll be doing:

Work closely with the CEO (who is also the current Marketing Manager), Sales, and Video teams strategize and create engaging internal content

Experience with, and ability to, brainstorm ideas for videos, short form reels, and other content (open minded to anything from green screen humor to interviewing industry influencers)

Plan and execute those ideas, in collaboration with the CEO, Sales, and Video teams

Some copywriting

Light video (mostly social media videos)

Eventually manage social media accounts


We are open to this being an internship or a full-time hire. If internship, we’d start with a 3 month contract initially, and would love to have you stay on full-time if it’s a good fit on both ends. This role is likely to turn into the Marketing Manager. Compensation is $55 - 65,000 annually, depending on experience.
