Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time Job Description:

The Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time will play a key role in our fast-paced innovation ecosystem, using their expertise to rapidly visualize new product and packaging concepts. This role focuses on bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, fueling iterative learning and decision-making within a large company.


What you’ll do as the Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into visual representations of new product and packaging concepts
  • Generate a high volume of visual assets, in a short time frame (in real time, and within a day) including product mockups, packaging variations, and brand explorations, using a combination of AI image generation tools (e.g., DALL-E and Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Explore a wide range of visual possibilities, experimenting with different styles, formats, and levels of fidelity based on the specific needs of each project
  • Present your work clearly and concisely, articulating design decisions and their impact on the learning process


What you’ll bring to the Graphic Designer | AI (Artificial Intelligence) | Part-Time role:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication
  • 6+ months of experience with AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
