Wellness Director (LPN or RN)Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner, and Stanwood. As the Wellness Director (Health Services) you're the clinical leader and oversee the wellness team. It's your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents.What Cascade Living and Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon look for in a Wellness Director (Health Services):Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional mannerEffective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their familiesDemonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respectStrong customer service skills with ability to problem solveWork with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plansOwnership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the dayAbility to work flexible hoursWhat you can expect to do as a Wellness Director (Health Services) for Ashley Gardens of Mt.
