Own schedule, safety, and quality for fast-track builds across Palm Beach County.About Our ClientA respected Florida general contractor known for delivering public-sector work-municipal facilities, K-12 campuses, and civic improvements-with a hands-on leadership style, rigorous safety standards, and strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.Job DescriptionRun day-to-day field operations for public-sector projects (municipal buildings, schools, civic sites). Build and maintain the look-ahead schedule; coordinate inspections and trade sequencing. Enforce jobsite safety (JSA, daily huddles, incident reporting) and maintain a clean, organized site. Conduct daily logs, RFIs in the field, and track submittals/deliveries with the project team. Lead subcontractor coordination meetings; verify work against plans, specs, and codes. Interface with Owner/Architect/Engineer, city/county inspectors, and school district reps. Manage punch lists, QA/QC, and closeout documents; ensure TCO/CO milestones are met. Proven track record on projects from mobilization to closeout (ground-up and renovations). Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and public procurement compliance. Skilled in fast-track schedules and occupied-facility work (phased school projects a plus). Tech-savvy with Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, MS Office; competent with digital plans. OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid preferred. AHJ/inspector relationship management experience. Excellent communication, field leadership, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
