  • *Litigation oversight
  • *Assists with the development of system policies and procedures
  • *Assists with the supervision and education of in-house legal counsel and staff
  • *Manage outside legal counsel
  • *Mergers and acquisitions
  • *Provides legal support for the organization's corporate compliance, privacy and security officers


Qualifications


  • *Transactional Experience - Minimum of two years of transactional experience, including experience leading contract negotiation and interfacing directly with business teams in the process of contract negotiation
  • *Experience with construction and/or government contracts is an advantage, but not necessary
  • *Leadership Capacity - A proven leader with the ability to work independently and coordinate strategy and drive effective collaboration among senior executives, project teams, and outside counsel
