Director Of MarketingWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within a vertical market. This role will own the development and execution of ABM strategies that tightly align marketing and sales to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and long-term customer value. You will build targeted programs for a defined set of high-value accounts, leveraging data, personalization, and cross-functional collaboration to influence buying committees and accelerate deals. ABM is the primary growth lever today, but this role owns the full marketing engine supporting both net new and expansion.You'll join a mission-driven, fast-moving organization modernizing how credit unions serve their members. Our GTM teams operate with high ownership and tight collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. As leader of the marketing team, you will build the future of Marketing at Clutch. You'll create the systems, data foundations, and operational discipline that drive our top of funnel and pipeline acceleration and support scalable, predictable growth. This is a foundational role with significant visibility and long-term impact.Within 3 months, you will:Develop a deep understanding of our customer and top of funnel motionAudit current tools and headcount needsDeliver a prioritized roadmap for the future of Clutch marketingEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and cadence with SalesRecruit and hire key rolesWithin 6 months, you will:Implement a scalable ABM playbook to drive top of funnel within key accountsEstablish a growth marketing engine that will drive expansionRefine our demand gen and content marketingCreate consistent cadence between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on programsPartner closely with sales leadership to define target accounts and execute on account plansBuild multi channel highly personalized campaigns across digital, content, events, and field marketingWithin 9 months, you will:Improve our event strategy measured by efficiencyManage marketing technology, data, and reporting to continuously optimize performanceDrive measurable improvement in awareness, engagement, and ultimately conversion metricsWhat You'll Bring7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with direct ownership of ABM and revenue outcomes, ideally in fintechAnalytical, revenue-driven, and accountable for resultsAble to balance strategic planning with hands-on executionStrong collaborator who thrives with tight alignment with salesExperience partnering directly with sales leadershipExperience owning marketing ops, attribution, and tooling decisionsComfort operating in early-stage or build-from-scratch environmentsPlease note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.Clutch is a revolutionary vertical SaaS company, proudly backed by Andreessen Horowitz (A16z), aimed at revolutionizing the way Credit Unions engage and change the lives of their members.
