- Will be responsible for the quality engineering strategy in a 750,000 square foot manufacturing facility with an employee population of 1700 non-union workers.
- Develop, execute, and maintain processes and systems to ensure that all products manufactured in this plant meet customer and corporate specifications.
- Will be responsible for the design and implementation of a quality management system.
- Will be responsible for continuous improvement projects and identifying, validating, and leading manufacturing process improvements that improve the product quality and improve process yields.
