Client Partners are growth leaders who own Pearsons most influential enterprise relationships end-to-end. In this role, youll set a multi-year account strategy, deepen executive trust, and expand 360 partnerships by activating Pearsons complete portfoliofrom AI-powered learning to enterprise talent solutions like certifications, assessments, learning content, and professional training. Youll operate as a senior adviser to our clients global C-suite, leading cross-functional, cross-geography teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while accelerating revenue, impact, and long-term value. Pearson embraces a geographically distributed working model. This role will be based in the US to facilitate frequent in-person engagement with Global Accounts./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pStrategic Account Leadership Revenue Acceleration/pulliOwn global account strategy, aligning Pearsons solutions with client business and talent transformation agendas./liliLead and close multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder transformation deals across learning, skilling, and talent development./liliMaximize expansion across Pearsons solutions portfolioincluding AI-powered learning experiences, digital credentials, assessments, employability solutions, and workforce analytics./liliBuild robust, insight-led territory and account plans with disciplined forecasting./li/ulpExecutive Engagement Advisory/pulliServe as a trusted advisor to our clients C-Level and VP+ level roles (CHRO, CLO, CIO, COO and more) and business unit leaders./liliArticulate the impact of AI, skills intelligence, and emerging technologies on talent, productivity, and organizational capability./liliShape top-to-top relationships and serve as the escalation point for senior executives./li/ulpAI-, Data-, and Insights-Led Solutioning/pulliApply AI tools to design solutions that address workforce transformation, re-skilling, and productivity uplift./liliGuide clients on responsible use of AI in learning, credentialing, and talent mobility./liliLeverage market signals, labor trends, and emerging technology insights to influence client roadmaps./li/ulpLeading Across a Matrixed Ecosystem/pulliLead a global virtual account team across solutioning, product, delivery, customer success, RD, and marketing./liliPartner with hyperscalers, global SIs, and EdTech ecosystem partners where appropriate to co-sell, co-create, and expand impact./liliEngage Client and Pearson teams to streamline solution design and delivery./li/ulpMarket Awareness Thought Leadership/pulliRepresent Pearson at global industry events and executive roundtables./liliTrack AI, LLMs, agentic technologies, XR/VR learning, and emerging learning tech trends to maintain a competitive edge./liliProvide structured market feedback to product and strategy teams./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3p12+ years in enterprise software, AI/ML, HR tech, EdTech, or consulting-led transformation sales or partnerships./ppProven record of closing multi-million dollar, multi-year enterprise deals./ppExpertise in AI applications for learning, skills, talent, and workforce transformation./ppExperience leading matrixed teams across functions and geographies./ppStrong command of account planning, forecasting, origination, negotiation, and executive storytelling./ppEntrepreneurial, customer-centric, and highly collaborative./ppCompensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $160,000 to $200,000.
