Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for warm-hearted and motivated caregivers in Laguna Woods If you love helping others and want a job that feels rewarding, this might be the perfect fit for you. We have flexible schedules, offering both part-time and full-time hours. Whether you're available during the week or on weekends, we can find a place for you. Daytime availability is especially helpful Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, we welcome you to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lending a Helping Hand: Assist seniors with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming, always ensuring they feel dignified and comfortable.
  • Becoming a Companion: Share moments of joy and conversation, engaging clients in activities that keep their spirits high and minds active.
  • Making Home Feel Safe: Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and keeping the home tidy, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment.
  • Being Attentive: Keep an eye on any changes in health or behavior, and communicate those to the team so we can always provide the best care.
  • Support with Medications: Help with reminders or administering medications as needed to keep clients on track.
  • Offering Mobility Assistance: Help clients safely move around their home or transfer with ease, using assistive devices when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience? No problem We’re happy to train the right person. Experienced caregivers are, of course, very welcome too
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • You're ready for background checks and drug screenings, ensuring we maintain a safe environment for everyone.
  • You’re physically able to assist with lifting up to 50 pounds and performing caregiving tasks.
  • You have a heart full of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • You’re great at communicating and can work independently, while still staying in touch with the team.
