Are you skilled in communication, project administration, and technical detail management? We are looking for a professional proficient in Excel and JIRA, with a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Software Development, ideally possessing 6+ years of experience.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners to define requirements, capture them during team meetings, and collaborate with Development leads to ensure detailed requirements are met.
**Must-Haves:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to connect dots and discuss technical details with end-users
- Proficiency in project administration tasks with speed and quality, resolving issues promptly and adhering to SLAs
**Software Skills:**
- Excel
- JIRA
- Computer literacy for web systems use
**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Self-starter mentality
- Quick learner for new tasks
- Capability to create reports for senior management
We are seeking an individual with at least 6+ years of experience, including 5 years in technology as a business analyst. This position supports the governance function within architecture.
