Day 1 Hybrid Onsite



Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of ACH transaction processing systems using PEP+ Direct APIs.

Develop high-quality software design and architecture by leveraging hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and web services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.

Drive projects from conception to final product, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget.

Develop and support cloud-based applications and migrations, with a focus on Azure cloud services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment processing solutions.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Stay abreast of new industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into operations and activities.


Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Java, J2EE, web services).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading software development projects.

Extensive experience with ACH APIs, especially PEP+ Direct API.

Proficiency in cloud environments, preferably Azure.

Solid experience in Agile software development methodologies.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Azure certifications or other relevant cloud technology credentials.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
