Regional Quality Manager

Solon, United States Search Masters, Inc. Full time
  • Responsible for supporting regional quality functions over 15 direct & indirect manufacturing sites.
  • Will oversee Sr. Quality Managers; Lab Supervisors; Lab Technicians/Lab Administration & Quality Engineering
  • Will be the technical liaison for the company with customers and suppliers
  • Will have full oversight over quality management systems
  • Will mentor, coach and develop teams
  • Will do internal and external auditing
  • Will work non-conformance issues while making sure everyone is following up with correct documentation
  • Will lead the team on root cause and corrective actions
  • Strong problem solving background is required
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required, Engineering degree is preferred
