If you're ready to optimize, automate, and energize core financial functions, this is your shot.Accounting Manager Responsibilities:Direct and develop a team of accounting professionals across AP, AR and TreasuryManage daily financial transactions including billing, payments, collections and reconciliationsDrive process improvements that enhance accuracy and streamline workflowsOwn the month-end close process and ensure clean, timely reportingServe as the audit liaison, preparing documentation and maintaining complianceOversee cash flow operations and reporting in partnership with banking institutionsCollaborate across departments to solve issues and align operationsAccounting Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a leadership roleProficiency with ERP/accounting systems like NetSuite, SAP, or OracleProven ability to manage multiple transactional accounting functionsStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsA track record of process improvement and team developmentThe salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
