We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Attorney to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong legal acumen, extensive experience in their practice area, and a substantial book of portable business. As a Senior Attorney, you will play a crucial role by leading complex cases, mentoring junior attorneys, and contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead high-stakes legal matters across various practice areas.
  • Provide expert legal advice and strategic direction to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your existing network.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by expanding your book of business and attracting new clients.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. (Essential)
  • Admission to the New York State Bar. (Essential)
  • A book of portable business. (Essential)
  • Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and providing strategic legal counsel.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
