Commercial Litigation Attorney

Large office of a national Am Law firm is seeking a qualified commercial litigation attorney. The right attorney should be at the senior associate level but counsel or non-equity partner titles may be possible depending on experience. The attorney should be comfortable managing other attorneys, be competent at all levels of trial. Actual trial experience not required but highly preferred. First chair experience will be given special attention.

The right attorney will enjoy a hybrid work schedule that may be as little as two days in-office. The firm offers a competitive compensation package with reasonable billable hour requirements. Partners support an open door policy and mentorship on all matters from law practice to business development.

Required:

  • 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Admission to the AZ bar
  • Strong grades and writing skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience mentoring or managing other attorneys

Law practice, legal writing, legal research, deposition, trial, motions practice, arbitration, mediation
