Director, Enterprise Remote/Digital Products

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Enterprise Remote/Digital Product Director to be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our remote and digital service(s) initiatives across Philips Enterprise, ensuring we drive towards a strong portfolio roadmap of critical end-to-end capabilities aligned with our overarching enterprise business goals.

Your role:

  • You will lead cross-functional teams across the company in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise strategy that supports the company‘s mission and objectives, leading Digital Remote product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning to meet market demands and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond by collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital products. This involves engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement, while applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize product performance. This includes staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, as well as integrating new ideas and technologies into the product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors. Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively.
  • Manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics to ensure cost-effective product development and maximum return on investment and ensure all digital products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for security and privacy.

You‘re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and remote team leadership with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level digital products.
  • Your skills include: strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; Product management tools and methodologies; Understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. You need a deep understanding of user experience design and customer journey mapping as well as the ability to translate customer needs into product features and improvements.
  • You have a Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, required; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You’re able to travel at least 30% of the time and bring demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a remote environment as well as coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MA is $160,000 to $275,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

For this position, you must reside in, be willing to relocate or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
