A prestigious firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join their North Florida team. The ideal candidate will have significant first-chair trial experience and a solid background in general liability and automobile insurance defense.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, managing all aspects of trial preparation and execution.
  • Handle cases related to general liability and automobile insurance defense.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and develop effective case strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive arguments in court.
  • Communicate efficiently with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • At least 10 trials as first-chair.
  • Demonstrated expertise in general liability and automobile insurance defense.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
