$30M Global Manufacturing Company seeking talented FP&A Manager for their US Operations to oversee all corporate projections, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, for multiple manufacturing locations. This role will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity to improve profitability. Will develop tools to monitor and report information. Create costing and pricing models for products and customers. Report to KPI's and cost drivers. Analyze trends in data. Develop financial models, review bids and contracts and risk assessments.

  • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA required. CPA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills including strong Excel skills and other financial data analysis tools including business intelligence tools. Advanced computer skills such as writing macros in excel, etc.
  • Must have manufacturing FP&A analysis experience
  • Domestic Travel required to other manufacturing sites (20-25%)
  • Compensation - $120k - $140k base, bonus. Hybrid - 4 days in office, one from home.
