Overview: Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in managing complex projects and client relationships? We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This role will drive outstanding, on-time, and on-budget results, while enhancing client success and revenue growth. You will oversee day-to-day activities for assigned accounts, managing integrated marketing communications and contact strategy plans, ensuring flawless delivery, and maximizing client revenue. Experience with national integrated marketing programs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Account Leadership:
  • Develop and manage strategic account planning and integration.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to establish operational guidelines, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Ensure all key client objectives and milestones are addressed.
  • Manage communication and delivery to key stakeholders from planning to execution.
  1. Product Quality & Growth:
  • Lead agency teams in delivering top-quality client solutions, whether creative, strategic, or operational.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team, set clear business objectives, and maintain effective communication.
  • Handle issue resolution and problem-solving.
  • Build ROI and performance metrics into programs to showcase value to clients.
  • Oversee budget management and work to maximize revenue growth and agency profitability.
  1. Project Management:
  • Provide consistent, thorough project management for clients.
  • Review all project work (strategy, research, media, creative) to ensure quality and clarity.
  • Keep clients informed on project status, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
  • Ensure completion of status reports, billing, and project reviews.
  1. Integrated Marketing Strategy:
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing communications (Marcom) and contact strategy plans that align with client goals.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of marketing plans, collaborating across teams for the appropriate agency services.
  • Oversee timely dissemination of information and approvals.
  1. Client Knowledge:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and client business needs.
  • Provide the client and team with timely updates on trends and strategies.
  • Position the agency as a trusted partner, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong day-to-day and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with agency teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead SWOT analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
  1. Team Development & Agency Involvement:
  • Mentor and manage team members to strengthen account management skills.
  • Participate in agency training, performance planning, and professional development.
  • Uphold agency values of Perseverance, Integrity, Tenacity, Curiosity, and Heart.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in an advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing production.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.

Education/Experience:
