Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our THERAPY team This is an hourly position with flexible scheduling offering 24-40 hours a week, providing care across Outpatient Adult/Geriatric and Inpatient settings- just a short just drive north from Madison
As an Occupational Therapist, you will
- Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient's diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.
- Large open gym and dedicated neuro gym
- On-site warm-water aquatic therapy pool

- Interdisciplinary Team-Based Care
- Our Inpatient Therapy Team (PT, OT, ST) collaborates daily with hospitalists, nursing staff, and CNAs in Med/Surg and ICU units to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions of care.
- Hand/Elbow/Shoulder Orthopedics
- Certified Hand Therapy & Custom Splinting
- Cognitive & Driving Assessments
- Pediatrics & Low Vision Therapy
- Work Conditioning & Lymphedema Management
- Wheelchair Assessments
- We offer flexible Part-Time to Full-Time (24-40 hours/week) working day shift, Monday-Friday
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License
- CPR Certification(or obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
