The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role is essential for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors. Key responsibilities include keeping the grounds and indoor facility clean, garbage collection and disposal, operating a floor sweeper, mopping floors, removing debris, picking up spills, and keeping storage areas tidy while focusing on safety by preventing trip hazards and potential accidents due to clutter.Pay and Shift Information:Pay Rate: $17.13 per hour1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:Clean and maintain the exterior of the building including walkways, parking lots, loading docks, and outdoor storage areas. Dispose of waste and recycling materials in compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform general janitorial duties inside the facility including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, common areas and offices. Will operate a floor sweeper (training provided).Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
