This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at Elite Custom Builders. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety protocols, and managing project budgets.


Qualifications

  • Must live in the Denver Metro Area
  • Must have 5-7 years experience in construction management.
  • Supervisory Skills
  • Residential & Commercial Construction experience
  • Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety
  • Budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
