Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.Refreshes drinksAssists with bussing tablesPerform various other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Minimum of High School educationMinimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving roleFood safety certification preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively verballyTeam playerAbility to exceed expectations of guests and team membersExcellent time management skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to work flexible hours and shifts*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
