As the Director, Chief of Staff (International Workforce Planning), you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing our global workforce strategy. You will lead a high-performing team of Workforce Planning Leads, partnering closely with our Technology and Product organizations to develop robust annual and long-term demand and supply plans that ensure we meet our ambitious growth objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and exceptional leadership. You will leverage data and insights to forecast talent needs, identify skill gaps, and develop proactive solutions to optimize our international workforce. You will also drive the implementation of workforce planning methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.The Successful Candidate Will:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive annual and long-term international workforce plans, aligning with Capital One's Technology and Product strategies.Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise. You will foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results.Partner with Technology and Product leadership to accurately forecast future talent demand, considering factors such as product roadmaps, market trends, and organizational growth.Analyze internal and external talent supply to identify potential gaps and opportunities. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Chief of StaffNew York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Chief of StaffRichmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Chief of StaffCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
