Job Title: Core Java Developer

Job Location: Dallas, TX


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Core Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, with expertise in data structures, concurrency, and multithreading. You will be responsible for developing high-performance applications and systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance, and adaptive Java applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Implement data structures to optimize data processing and retrieval.
  • Develop concurrent and multithreaded applications, ensuring thread safety and synchronization when necessary.
  • Utilize HashMap and related data structures to efficiently manage and manipulate datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
  • Identify production and non-production application issues, and contribute to their resolution.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 years of Java development experience.
  • Candidate should a good experience in Java 8.
  • Comfortable with Code Writing in Java 8, experience with String, Collection, Immutable
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures such as trees, graphs, queues, stacks, and lists.
  • Expertise in concurrency patterns in Java, understanding of JVM concurrency constructs, thread management, synchronization, executors, and locks.
  • Proficiency with HashMaps and understanding of hashing principles.
  • Strong experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with RESTful services, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Familiarity with software design and architectural patterns.
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and continuous integration.
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
