This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts that align with company goals.Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.Support strategic decision-making processes through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all analyses and reporting.Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business initiatives.Lead or participate in special financial projects to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.Excellent understanding of financial principles, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.Email your resume directly to sue.sumrell@roberthalf.c0m
