This will include responsibility for areas such finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations. This role must possess strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to make strategic business decisions and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. They must also have a thorough understanding of the Americas Insurance Commercial and Specialty industry, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. To be successful in this role, it is important to have a combination of both education and experience. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and an advanced degrees such as an MBA is recommended. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is ready to take on this exciting challenge.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to all departments and employeesDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve DXC's Insurance Software growth goalsOversee financial performance, including budget preparation and cost managementManage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partnersIdentify and implement opportunities for growth and improvementDrive active participation on our Customer CommunitiesContribute to development of DXC's Commercial and Specialty Software RoadmapRequirements:Proven track record in a senior leadership roleExtensive experience in financial managementStrong understanding of industry regulations and complianceExceptional leadership and team-building skillsExperience with strategic planning and executionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExperience in managing large-scale projectsFamiliarity with Americas' Commercial and Specialty Software marketBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related fieldAt least 15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industryProven track record of successfully managing a team and driving resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creativelyFamiliarity with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost managementMaster's degree in business administration or related field preferredCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
