As a member of the Commercial Lines team, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining essential relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients and team members with various inquiries related to service, administration, billing, and claims resolutions. Collaborate effectively with Producers and Marketing Account Executives to oversee the renewal process for your assigned clients. Additionally, you'll analyze coverage requirements, prepare marketing information, conduct implementation processes, and manage meetings. Stay informed on industry products and regulatory changes by attending seminars and carrier meetings, and engage in various projects as needed. Who we're looking for: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training A minimum of two years in the insurance industry A valid Property and Casualty insurance license Excellent client relations and communication skills, with a strong service orientation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bonus qualifications: Advanced degree Relevant certifications or designations Experience with Requests for Proposal Your skills and experience are valuable to us, and we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement listed.
