BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG), Marketing and Product Innovation Division. The incumbent oversees the creation, development and implementation and marketing of the OLG's gaming product portfolio from conceptualization to actual deployment; develops working papers, revenue projections, and contractual obligations to vendors and coordinates and monitors vendors contracts. Directs and oversees marketing, advertising, research, and promotions and events for the OLG. Duties include, but are not limited to: serving as the project manager on all annual OLG promotions and new product launches; developing and negotiating Licensed Property products; directing all advertising and marketing campaigns from inception to production; managing the aspects of vendor contracting, procurement and administration; guiding subordinate managers in strategic planning; and developing policies and procedures for OLG product promotions and sponsorships. Minimum Qualifications Seven (7) years of progressive experience performing duties and responsibilities related to overseeing all phases of marketing, including strategy, development, research and analysis of products, target markets, and revenue generation; managing vendor contracts and marketing agreements; and developing policies and procedures to ensure promotional and product activities are in compliance. Two (2) years must include managing, directing and developing the work of lower-level staff. Lottery and/or gaming industry experience is strongly desired. Specialized Experience Experience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this position.
