Job Description: We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented Counter Sales Associate to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or Hydronics preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering customized solutions and product knowledge. Handle sales transactions accurately, managing various payment methods. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area. Keep up with market trends to boost customer engagement and sales. Work with our Warehouse Team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. Regularly assist with inventory restocking and product display maintenance. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license with a clean record. Customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in related fields (Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Hydronics). Eagerness to acquire new knowledge of operational rules and processes. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in writing and speaking clearly and effectively. Ability to perform basic administrative tasks and handle material handling equipment. Team-oriented with a focus on collective goals. Must pass a national background check and drug screening. We Offer:Competitive pay ($25-$28/hr.), based on experience and industry knowledge. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) - Accrue up to 80 hours per year, and after 5 years of employment, accrue up to 120 hours per year. Paid holidays.
