What You Will Do: We seek a Senior Structural Engineer to lead a team in designing and analyzing structural systems across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, data centers, commercial, historical, adaptive reuse, and renovations. This role involves technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers, with potential growth in specialization or leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and participate in meetings with architects and contractors.
  • Oversee design calculations, construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, site reviews, and RFI responses.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Perform QA/QC on others' work.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineering team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Active Professional Engineer license.
  • 15+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Bentley (RAM) products, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, Tekla, etc.).
  • Project management experience.
  • Structural design experience with various materials and systems.
  • Working knowledge of Revit preferred.
  • Client management experience preferred.
