Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP systems and a strong understanding of payroll compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Required Skills & Experience Key Responsibilities • Process and manage payroll for all employees using ADP platforms. • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end documentation. • Collaborate with HR for employee data accuracy and Finance for reconciliations. • Assist with audits and support accounting functions such as journal entries and payroll-related reporting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Accounting experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
