The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a FP&A Manager - Financial Systems. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, supporting FP&A initiatives and enhancing system performance. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with finance strategy including modeling, forecasting, and budgeting coupled with a strong grasp of EPM applications.

Responsibilities

  • Hyperion Planning Administration
    • Own and manage the Hyperion Planning environment, including system maintenance, data integrity, and user training
    • Guide strategic direction and oversee ongoing administration of Hyperion Planning and related EPM systems
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain source files and processes for efficient, accurate data collection and reporting
    • Prepare quarterly financial reports to support the earnings release process
  • FP&A Support & Strategic Analysis
    • Contribute to FP&A system improvement projects and process enhancements.
    • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
    • Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide performance insights
  • Business Intelligence & Benchmarking
    • Gain deep understanding of segment operations and business drivers to identify improvement opportunities
    • Perform competitor analysis and external benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
    • Collaborate on ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis across Segment and Resource Units
Qualifications

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience Required:
  • 4+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting or other quantitative roles
  • 4+ years experience analyzing financial statements
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle EMP applications preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborate team mindset
