Summary

CHS, Inc. has an exciting opportunity in our Lubricants department. We are looking for a Lubricants Operations Analyst to lead the operational aspects for CHS systems. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused with excellent communication, project management, and change management skills with the ability to influence internal and external customers, build strong relationships, and lead change efforts.

This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Inver Grove Heights, MN corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the execution of the Cenex Total Protection Plan® software. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical Services on administration of sign up and compliance of warranties and execute the warranty claims process.
  • Support Operations leadership in managing core systems and operations processing activities (Branded and Private Label pricing.). Partner with IT and other CHS business areas on systems improvements or troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop business reports on marketing programs, product, and sales trends for leadership.
  • Create product reporting and scorecard/goal progress with sales, marketing, and production teams utilizing Power BI platform.
  • Generate regular & ad hoc data requests for senior leadership, operations, and sales teams.
  • Analyze data, both current and historical, to benefit daily, monthly, fiscal year-end, and performance metrics necessary to be successful as a lubricant team.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply, logistics, pricing, sales, and/or operations role
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience leading medium to large scale business projects
  • Lubricants, customer service, and/or ERP operating systems experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skill & attention to details
  • Exhibits sound business judgment and ability to influence others
  • Ability to adapt to changing business dynamics
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate)
  • Experience with SharePoint and CRM365
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders in a professional setting
