What you will do:

Responsible for locating, researching and contracting new land suitable for acquisition and development.


Responsibilities:

  • land suitable for acquisition and development by conducting the necessary market research and due diligence.
  • land values in the specific market by checking like property sales by means of public records, developers and other professional affiliates.
  • and contract land acquisition.
  • land entitlement and planning activities with Development team.
  • governmental review.
  • land mapping.
  • and monitor purchase agreements.
  • joint venture agreements or joint venture management agreements, as appropriate.
  • appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
  • work according to employee's abilities and skills.
  • employee's performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.
  • developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities.
  • opportunities for employee growth.


What you will need:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
  • Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position.
  • related experience.
  • negotiation and contract skills.
  • knowledge of market trends, pricing and growth & supply.
  • of political environment and the ability to form political connections.
  • to strategically implement the company's goals by acquiring the necessary land to meet the strategic objectives.
