Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in entertainment and a passion for diversity to join their team for a 9+ month contract with potential to convert to FTE. This is a hybrid position and will require working onsite 1 day a week in Los Angeles, CA.


Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy (50%): Lead social media strategy, collaborate with agency partners, and pitch innovative ideas to reach target audiences.
  • Title Strategy (20%): Develop and execute social media strategies for Original titles, including collaboration with talent and filmmakers.
  • Data Analysis (15%): Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report outcomes.
  • Administration & Operations (15%): Manage budgets, track trends, and maintain documentation.


Required Qualifications:


  • 5-6 years in social media with a track record in content marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Excel.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and promoting underrepresented voices.
