As a Health Risk Management Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Health Risk Management team in accordance with Hayes Locums Health Risk Management and Credentialing Guidelines. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and thoroughness within all files, working closely with the Health Risk Management Specialists, and assisting the department on various tasks and ongoing projects. An ideal candidate would enjoy a position with high level of detail, accuracy, and organization


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews completed Provider files for accuracy.
  • Acts as a liaison between credentialing departments.
  • Enters information and runs reports in the Credentialing Software Program (MD Staff) and CRM System (Salesforce).
  • Assists the Chief Risk Officer with job-related tasks.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MD Staff, and ALOE is highly preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
