Key Responsibilities

HRIS Strategy & Implementation: You will be instrumental in overseeing the seamless implementation/support of HRIS/HRMS platform, aiming to elevate HR processes and support strategic workforce planning efforts. Your expertise will guide the organization through significant transformation, ensuring that the latest HR solutions are leveraged to their full potential.


Stakeholder Collaboration: This role demands a collaborative spirit, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners. Your ability to gather requirements, assess needs, and facilitate effective communication channels will be crucial in building consensus and alignment throughout the HR transformation lifecycle.


Project Lifecycle Management: Your leadership will be essential in managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. This includes project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Additionally, you'll

- Drive project success by partnering with People Technology, IT, and HR departments to define implementation strategy, governance protocols, communication structure, and change management approach.

- Managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including project timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deliverables effectively.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and upper management ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
