Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. (Salary + Commission based pay)Discounted servicesOpportunity to grow within the companyThe chance to be part of a Top 10 company and high-energy employee cultureWhat You'll Be Doing:Maintain assigned sales quota and follow established guidelinesIdentify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniquesPresent sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.Adhere to current Guardian policies, procedures, products, programs and servicesFollow up with prospectsPrepare final contract for signatureProcess work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized proceduresMaintain customer retention by affirming customer satisfaction after the completion of service installationWhat You'll Need:5+ years prior business to business sales experience preferred. Commercial Security experience highly preferred.Excellent interpersonal skillsMust possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skillsFlexible style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvyAptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focusedValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to work a full-time scheduleMust be able to safely complete site surveys which may include: Walking long distances on uneven surfaces, in tight quarters, and of varying heights. Endure extremes in temperature, dependent on weather and industry type.Must be able to manage time to the expectation of the client to include prompt response to inquiries, timely arrival for appointments and a maximum of a 72-hour turnaround on proposalsMust be able to manage the requirements and obligations that come with large concurrent projects and the impact on several departments such as sales, engineering, CAD, operations and purchasingMust be on the start of all jobs that are of a time and material basis.
