Overview

We are seeking an AI Product Advisor with extensive Data Science experience, who is now looking to leverage their expertise and drive AI innovation in a strategic advisory role. As part of the AI and Advanced Analytics team for our Fortune 500 healthcare client, you will play a key role in integrating AI into the Chatbot tools for patient and physician applications, working closely with the business to identity and groom use cases for AI technologies. As our client expands their AI capabilities, this is a unique opportunity to be at forefront of healthcare innovation, influencing the strategic direction of AI initiatives that will make a real impact on enhancing patient and physician experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic AI Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in AI strategy, guiding the integration of AI technologies into patient and physician applications, with a focus on Chatbot tools.
  • Business Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and patient care objectives.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate with Data teams to oversee the development and integration of AI solutions into proprietary applications used by healthcare professionals and patients across various care settings.
  • Advisory Role: Provide high-level guidance and mentorship to Data Science teams, helping to shape the future direction of AI initiatives within the company.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Function as a key liaison between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of AI projects and their impact on the organization.


Qualifications

  • Extensive Data Science Background: 10 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong track record of hands-on development and deployment of AI and machine learning models.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in an advisory or strategic role within AI, with a strong understanding of how to integrate AI technologies into business processes and applications.
  • AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI technologies, particularly in the context of healthcare applications, including enterprise search, Chatbots, and other AI-driven tools.
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, especially in applications related to patient care and treatment, is highly desirable.
  • RevOps Knowledge: Experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps) in the healthcare sector, especially in denied claims, is an advantage.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
  • Education: Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
