Play a key role on a landmark ground-up hospital project.About Our ClientA leading general contractor with a strong reputation in New England is seeking an Estimator to join their Worcester, MA office. The ideal candidate will bring field experience as a Superintendent and/or Project Manager and an interest in growing into a senior estimating role.Job DescriptionPrepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project requirements. Analyze construction documents to determine material, labor, and equipment needs. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends. Assist in developing project budgets and timelines. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct risk assessments and propose cost-saving solutions.
